Still on hold so will ask them about it, thanks for explaining though, that makes sense... even if they can't change the system they could provide more details in the letters perhaps? When I get through I will be pushing till they give me some proper timelines about DD2's payments, today is day 90 since they recieved the paperwork (March 2nd, that date is from their system)...
